Rob is the owner of Bayside Rentals. Rob saw a need and decided in 2010 to start Bayside Rentals. Working with Owners and the public Bayside Rentals has grown to be the largest rental agency in the Lakes Region. Rob has made it his business to be part of the every days tasks of speaking with owners, tenants and being hands on managing the business. Rob lives in Meredith and has been a part of the community, as a member of the Meredith Rotary, the Lakes Region Chamber of Commerce, past board member of the Habitat for Humanity. 

Kay Huston

Long-Term Licensed Agent

Kay joined Bayside Rentals in June of 2020. A local Realtor with over 20 years experience in the area, Kay has helped Buyers and Sellers find their “Dream” of living in the Lakes Region and beyond. She is the first person you speak with when deciding if renting is the right choice for you (if you haven’t spoken to Rob first). She explains the ins and outs of the process and gets your property out there. If your interested in Selling your home, she is the person to get the job done, who better, than someone who has intimate knowledge of your home and someone you already have a relationship with. 

Linda Howard

Administrative Manager

Linda has been with Bayside Rentals for over three years. She managed the Short Term Vacation Rental department for the last two years and has been an integral member of the Team. Linda has a wealth of knowledge of managing departments and we are very excited she decided to join the Long Term division of Bayside Rentals. She will taking on the day to day tasks of communicating with Owners, Tenants and the public to make sure your home finds the “right” person.

Kathy Duchin

Kathy joined Bayside Rentals in April of 2022. She has been a great asset to the team. Kathy came to us with over 20 years of real estate experience as a Realtor in the Lakes Region. She has been helping with the move-in and move-out inspections, showing our rentals to prospective tenants, and helping with customer support. She loves to meet new people and loves being busy. 

Mike and Garrett

Property Support Team

These are the guys that keep us moving! Mike and Garrett are the guys we call when the lights go out (whether it’s a dead light bulb or the breaker tripped), the toilet is leaking, the yard needs to be mowed or the snow needs plowing. They even do “handy man” jobs like, new flooring, building a wall or two, or hanging a cabinet. They have a abundance of knowledge and skills that we like to put to the tests and we are very grateful we have them!
